Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Account Apprentice to support the Sales and Key Account Management teams with the preparation of business review materials, dashboard follow-up, action tracking and day-to-day account coordination.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Support the preparation of business reviews
Help prepare monthly and quarterly business review materials for key accounts.
Consolidate inputs from different sources and support basic consistency checks.
Assist with slide formatting, data updates and documentation preparation.
Support the review process by tracking feedback, version control and outstanding inputs.
Flag visible errors, missing information or inconsistencies to the Key Account Manager.
Assist with dashboard follow-up and data quality tracking
Support the monitoring of dashboard information and help identify potential inconsistencies.
Maintain simple trackers for open data issues, follow-up items and pending clarifications.
Provide regular updates to the Key Account Manager on progress and open points.
Help coordinate with internal teams such as Data, IT, GCC, Finance and Operations when requested.
Contribute to improving data visibility and reporting reliability over time.
Provide day-to-day business and operational support
Help maintain a clear overview of open actions for selected accounts.
Support the preparation of ad hoc analyses, presentations, client visit materials, benchmarking or training documents.
Assist with service quality follow-up by gathering inputs and documenting key points.
Escalate blockers, missing information or urgent topics to the Key Account Manager.
Support the documentation of new business opportunities led by the Sales or Key Account Management team.
Contribute to better ways of working
Help keep meeting notes, action logs and follow-up documents clear and up to date.
Support weekly, monthly and quarterly routines by preparing materials and tracking deadlines.
Help clarify actions, owners and next steps after meetings or business reviews.
Suggest simple improvements to make recurring tasks easier or more structured.
Contribute positively to cross-functional collaboration by ensuring information is easy to find and follow.
The role is designed for a junior profile who is organised, reliable, curious and willing to learn. The person will provide practical support to the team, help keep information structured and contribute to smoother internal routines, while developing their understanding of sales, account management and operational performance.
Preferred Experience
Must-have skills
Master degree in Business.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to produce accurate work.
Good organisational skills and ability to follow up on several tasks in parallel.
Comfortable working with figures and basic analysis.
Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Clear written and verbal communication, including in English.
Ability to work with different teams and ask for clarification when needed.
Reliable, structured and willing to learn in a fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-have skills
First experience, internship or apprenticeship in Sales, Account Management, Operations, Data, Consulting or Business Support.
Experience preparing presentations, reports, meeting notes or action trackers.
Interest in client relationship management, business performance and operational topics.
Exposure to an international or multi-stakeholder environment.
