Job Description
As the Group Mobility Digitalization Lead, you will join the Group Transformation team (under the Group COO). You will accelerate digital transformation across entities by designing strategy, driving implementation, and ensuring measurable impact.
Key Mission
Lead and coordinate the digitalization of the Mobility & Home Business Line by defining strategy, managing group digital solutions, monitoring performance, and support entities across the group.
Main Responsibilities
1. Drive Digitalization Program
Lead and structure a multi-year digitalization and automation plan.
Align entities around shared tools and processes.
Monitor progress, analyze performance, and recommend improvements.
Organize regular updates and foster collaboration between entities.
2. Product & Asset Management
Act as product owner for Group digital solutions (Webapp).
Define business requirements, prioritize features, and oversee development.
Ensure consistent deployment and usage across all entities.
Collaborate with Mobility Business Line, IT, and local teams.
3. Data & Performance Analysis
Develop and improve groupwide performance indicators.
Use data from digital tools and backend systems to conduct deep-dive analyses.
Provide insights for strategic decisions and follow up with affiliates when issues arise.
4. Innovation & Technology Monitoring
Propose new digital solutions at Group level.
Track technological and competitive trends.
5. Standardization & Change Management
Harmonize digital processes and customer journeys across entities.
Define and promote best practices.
Facilitate a strong internal community and support change management.

Required Skills

Strong digital and operational expertise.
PMO and product management experience.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
Advanced data analysis abilities (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics).
Excellent command of English (French is a plus).
Background
6–8 years of experience in digital operations transformation.
Strong digital culture and innovation mindset.
Consulting experience is appreciated.
